Resolutions

It's New Year's Eve.

And many people have taken the time to write resolutions.

I believe they DON'T work. So, if you ask me, save those thirty minutes. There isn't a need to "resolve to go 1 pant size down" or exercise more or spend more time with the family.

Just do it.

Maybe you'll be tempted by the cookie. Go eat it. Just be mindful and don't eat too many. Going from one extreme to the other won't help. Gradually moderate yourself. And the results become tangible.

My "thing to be aware of"? Self-confidence.
